Luminoso Technologies Announces Promotion of Satoshi Asari to Vice President of Product & Customer Experience
BOSTON, January 11, 2022 – Luminoso Technologies, the company that delivers human-like understanding of language to drive better business outcomes, today announced the promotion of Satoshi Asari to Vice President of Product & Customer Experience.
In his expanded role, Asari will lead a cross-functional team to shape customer experiences that delight customers and consistently deliver value. Closely aligning product strategy with customer value and expectation, Asari’s leadership will lead to long term and impactful relationships with Luminoso customers. “In my time at Luminoso, it’s been clear to me why our customers love the Luminoso Platform,” said Asari. “I’m excited to further advance our natural language understanding platform based upon our customers wants and needs.”
Asari has 20+ years of product leadership experience spanning various industries and product categories. Asari’s customer-first thinking has allowed him to lead many successful product launches and growth initiatives.
