Enterprise Account Executive

About This Position

We are looking for a superstar enterprise account executive who has experience closing complex deals with Fortune 1000 companies and a proven track record of exceeding their quota. You will succeed in this position if you are:

  • Able to navigate complex opportunities

  • Motivated and look forward to creating a large pipeline of business

  • Able to understand the customer’s needs while creating value

  • Have experience navigating and building relationships across the C-suite

  • A persuasive storyteller able to engage and educate an audience on the value of Luminoso

This position is 100% remote for the foreseeable future.


  • Meet or exceed set quota targets for sales-based activities

  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from prospect to close

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking and prospecting, discovery calls and meetings

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

  • Present the value of Luminoso by creating compelling business cases

  • Create a sense of urgency and persistence to progress and close business

  • Develop deep product and territory expertise and industry knowledge

  • Share learnings around customer needs and challenges with the broader team to drive product and business decisions

  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation campaigns and leads from trade shows and campaigns

  • Handle all information in our CRM system

  • Coordinate and actively participate in contract negotiations


You have:

  • 3-5 years of SaaS full cycle sales closing experience; preferably enterprise sales to Fortune 1000 companies

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and developing a sales territory and pipeline

  • Experience navigating complex opportunities with creative solutions

You are:

  • Well organized, detail-oriented with incredible follow through

  • A quick-learner, highly energetic, competitive, and flexible

  • Confident and comfortable in front of C-suite prospects

  • Excel in a team atmosphere and appreciate aggressive goals

  • An excellent verbal and written communicatior

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
